ABOUT

A daughter of Boulder, Colorado since my escape from San Diego, California at the dawn of my twenties, I have lived several lives at the foot of these Rocky Mountains. I have survived a collage of careers while being single, married, daughtered, divorced, re-partnered, grandsoned, and more. I draw on a lifetime of successes and failures, and hopeful growth as well.

As far back as I can see, there has always been a pen in my right hand, or both hands posed hovering over a keyboard as eagerly as a pianist’s about to perform. I love the world of writing, of finding the right fit between the struggling thought and the perfect sentence delivered. I have shared company with the written word in so many of her incarnations: poetry, short story, prose, book drafts, love letters, professional documents, satsangs, scrawls, journaling, the list goes on. 

The power of the word continues to astonish me.

I have found great reward and pleasure in helping others form and polish their own expressions on the page for much of my life. After in-depth study, classwork, seminar attendance, and more, I finally made the business that I have always loved the most … official.
